2. Which data and why

When you send an inquiry through the form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number (if given), the content of your message and any attachments (photos, sketches, floor plans).

We use the data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a plan and a quote, and communicate about an order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Technical data

On every visit the server records the usual technical data (IP address, time, page requested) needed to run and secure the site; it is kept for a short time. When you send the form, the IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions per hour; it is not stored permanently.

The site uses no tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics. The Google map on the Contact page loads only when you start it yourself; Google's privacy rules then apply.

4. Who receives the data

Inquiries reach us by email; we send them through Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Railway. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep the data

Inquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for at most 12 months. Order data is kept as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

6. Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent. Write to us at info@mizarstvo-krmc.si. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
