European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development: Europe investing in rural areas
The investment in new machines was co-financed by the European Union through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and by the Republic of Slovenia under the Rural Development Programme 2014–2020.
1. Name of the activity
Purchase of new machines – an investment in new technological equipment and machines for the joinery workshop.
2. Measure and sub-measure
Measure M6 – Farm and business development, sub-measure M6.4 – Support for investments in establishing and developing non-agricultural activities.
3. Objectives of the activity
- developing the company's activities in a rural area,
- increasing the number of employees,
- protecting the environment,
- mitigating and adapting to climate change.
4. Objectives of the sub-measure
- establishing new or expanding existing non-agricultural activities in rural areas,
- improving income and employment opportunities in rural areas,
- strengthening rural entrepreneurship.
5. Expected results
- new technological equipment with greater production capacity,
- one new job,
- a smaller environmental impact,
- more energy-efficient technological equipment.
