Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

1. Dispute resolution provider

In accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Mizarstvo Andrej Krmc s.p. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate under that act.

2. Online dispute resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, we publish a link to the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission.

3. Applicable law

Matters not covered by these notices are governed by the Slovenian Code of Obligations, the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Commerce Market Act and the Personal Data Protection Act. Any dispute is subject to the law of the Republic of Slovenia and the jurisdiction of the court in Novo mesto.
